Refund policy

At Sexy One Two Seven, we are dedicated to delivering High Quality products and outstanding customer service. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 15-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction,  which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. Failure to include your invoice may delay your return. 

Please note: Non-eligible items will not be accepted.

Return Process: 

  • Ensure that the item(s) is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • All returns must include an order packaging slip or return invoice from the return department.
  • Returns must clearly indicate item(s) being returned. Incorrect information provided may cause processing delays.
  • On free shipping item(s) Sexy One Two Seven does not provide return shipping on return parcels. You may ship your return parcel using the shipping carrier of your choice.

Sexy One Two Seven is not responsible for any return packages lost or stolen during transit. Please retain your proof of postage and/ or return tracking number when sending back your returns. 

Refund Procedure: 

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued in the form of Credit or Exchanges.
  • Inspection Process: all returns undergo inspection by our Quality Control Team. If an item(s) is unsellable or outside of eligibility you will not be refunded.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Digital of Gift Cards: The digital gift card will be sent to the email address provided during the return process and can be used immediately on our website. Digital gift cards expire 5 years from issue date. 

Final Sale/Non-Returnable Items: Certain item(s), including, swimwear, earrings, hair accessories are considered "final sale" and are non-returnable due to hygienic reasons.

Please Note: If you have received a damage , defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Relations Department (Tony@sexyonetwoseven.com) within 7 days of the delivery date of your purchase. Please be prepared to submit photos of the damaged, defective, or unordered item(s) as proof>

Returns are refunded through credit or exchanges. No cash refunds are available. Processing returns typically takes 5-7 business days from receipt of your item(s) at our Returns Department.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Rights Reserved for Returns:

We retain the authority to define, restrict, decline, or reject returns from customers under the following circumstances:

  • A pattern of irregular or. excessive returns suggesting "wardrobing"
  • An irregular or excessive history of returns involving used, modified/altered, washed, damaged, or incomplete item(s).
  • Suspected Fraudulent or criminal behavior.

Likewise, we retain the right to deny service (both online and in-store) to any customer or entity for similar reasons as stated above.

Non-Sexy One Two Seven Items received by returns department will be disposed of upon arrival.

Returns Policy for Multiple-Sizes Orders

Multiple Sizes- To keep our prices fair for everyone, if you order the same item in multiple sizes and return part of the order, you'll receive a refund for the returned items minus a restocking fee per item (or return shipping cost, whichever applies). Exchanges for a different size are always free. Again once we receive and check your items, your refund or exchanges will be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
