Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States) Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Multiple Shipments We want you to get your items ASAP so we may send your items in multiple shipments. If you order is sent in multiple packages, your card will be charged per package as each package ships. Your card order total will stay the same.
Damages Sexy One Two Seven is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping We currently do not ship outside the US. (Update this if you do ship internationally.)
Shipping Address Change We cannot change your shipping address after your order is placed. If you'd like to change the shipping address, please cancel the order within one hour after placing your order and place a new order. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped by our warehouse, we cannot cancel the order. For Afterpay orders, items can be canceled from your order up to one hour after the order is placed; however, items cannot be added to your order and shipping method cannot be modified.

Shipping Times International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during international transit. Please contact us within 30 days of your expected delivery date if you have not received your order.
